Wordstar 7 to save as Plain Text

Hello,

Gleaning information here on the forums, I understand that wordstar 7 works in a NON-DOCUMENT mode in order to get plain text files, openable by any text editor.

Can someone guide me please on HOW to enable the NON-DOCUMENT mode? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the WS 7 options.

From the WordStar Opening Menu, type D to open a new Document (with formatting), or type N to open a new Non-Document (non-formatted document or plain text file).
