Wordstar (5.0) slows down my whole PC dramatically

When I use my Wordstar on my Windows 2000 PC it uses up most of the CPU time making other programs like Word, Outlook .. very slow, even with several seconds where noting happens when I press a key or klick on the mouse.
Does anyone have a solution for that ?

Hi Dieter,

This seems to happen on some PCs and not others. It also seems to depend on how Windows was installed!

There is a possible solution called Tame. It's shareware and costs $20 to register.
