GPF

I cannot get into a file on WS for windows 2.0.  This message comes up:

WSWINDLL caused a General Protection Fault in module WSWIN.DLL at 0054:100C.

As adivised uninstalled  HP Photosmart C4280 all in one printer and still could not get in.

I reinstalled with an uptodate driver and could not get in to the file.

Can anyone help me.
