I just want to know the actual status of the copyright information of WordStar (for CP/M in my case, if that matters).

Until recently I understand it was The Learning Company. I see they changed recently their homepage to something very simple.
Does this has anything to do with the WordStar ownership today ?

Thank you,
Cristi

The last owner of the WordStar copyright as far as I'm aware was Riverdeep. From A Potted History of WordStar:

"On the 1st of August 2002 Gores Technology and The Learning Company seperated. WordStar moved again with the split, now being owned by the Irish company Riverdeep, which absorbed The Learning Company."
