I cleaned out my office and found a complete set of 5.25 DOS diskettes for WordStar Installation. 20 disks itled "WordStar for DOS" with numbers AI-L0010.D5

Deepest apologies, Mike. I never saw your question until now for whatever reason but the best one for me, using Windows 7 and Office 2000 was HABiT called wsconv.exe. It worked very well.
