Title: Converter for foreign files

Somebody can tell me how to convert wordstar files to word from french or italian. (problem of accents).

If you are using WS7d, then use Star Exchange to convert the files to RTF.

Your other option is to download and try the converters listed here:

http://www.wordstar.org/wordstar/pages/convert_faq.htm

Habit will convert extended characters into text or HTML, which word can read.

If you are seeking to translate, perhaps a better way, is to use the print function to output an ascii file to disc.

This file can then be input to one of a number of windows language converters now available.

The translated file can then be used elsewhere.

Would advise I have not tried this personally.

Advise how you get on.
